Installation and usage methods
1. Firstly, check if the complete system of the electric furnace is intact. Check if the instruction manual and certificate of conformity are complete and carefully read the instruction manual.
2. Place the electric furnace horizontally on the workbench and connect the power cord to the power supply to use it. Pay attention to the wiring markings of the wires when connecting.
3. The shell of the electric furnace should have reliable protective grounding to ensure safe use. When the electric furnace is used for the first time or for a long time, it must be dried in the oven.
Oven drying method: Set the temperature at 200 °C and work for 4 hours (slightly open the furnace door to let off moisture).
Set the temperature to 600 °C, work for 4 hours, and after the oven is dried, the electric furnace can be put into normal use.
